surgery gone wrong

I am a 37 year old mom, who has lived the last 8 years in and out of hospitals most of the time. I had a simple lysis of adhesions on my ovaries and surround area, but ended up with a severed colon, small intestines, and perrotinitis. Almost didnt make it thru the clean up surgery. I was told I should have already been dead. Ended up with a colostomy which quite working after 2 weeks. I ended up vomiting bowel for a year and half before I found a terrific bowel surgeon. He had to removed my large intestines, not to mention "thick dense adhesions" and hooked everything back up. I have had several more surgeries for bowel obstructions. Now my periods are stopping all bowel function, and depo-provera was my only answer. Now, the depo is not working as it should, and they want me to have the shot every 1-2 months. Everything is in pain, especially rectally. I have been told there is another "dead" piece of intestines in there, but no one wants to deal with the adhesions. I've been told and know that a hysto is the way to go to stop my other problems, but again, no surgeon wants to go there. If i had my wish, i would get all this damage out of me, but where can I turn? This original surgery poisened me for 13 days, and i am still feeling the effects. Does any one have any words of advice for a constant pain sufferer?

thanks for listening
