Hello everyone, I have been suffering with abdominal pain for about 5 years now. It started after i had a ruptured appendix. I have had two exploratory laparoscopic surgery, lap choley, hysterectomy, lysis of adhesions x3 and i am still in pain. All of these surgeries have been in about 7 years, but the pain truly got worse after the appendix being ruptured. I guess it must have triggered everything. I just don't know what to do anymore. I am 44 years old and I can't live on pain meds. All my doctors don't know what else do to with me and keep sending me to the pain doctor and psychologist. Am I crazy? I don't think so. My pain is very real to me. Oh well, it is just nice to know there is a center that specializes on this. I hope you can help me. Please let me know what I need to do to be seen by your physicians. I will travel and stay there as much as I need to. Thanks. Sandy.
