Our Care Coordinator Is Here For You
One of the first people you will come into contact with at the Center for Complex Abdominal and Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CAPPS) is our CAPPS Clinical Coordinator. Our clinical care coordinator is here to serve as your personal liaison and advocate, ensuring that your needs are addressed promptly and completely. Karen is here to help you through every step of the way, from CAPPS education to follow-up care and guidance. She is determined to help you achieve a full, whole-person recovery.
At the center, we understand all too well that your time is valuable and we want to ensure that your appointments fit into your busy life and that your care is coordinated every step along the way.
Our CAPPS Clinical Coordinator will:
• Provide education throughout your CAPPS treatment
• Help you get answers to insurance questions
• Serve as your liaison throughout your treatment, rehabilitation and counseling
• Coordinate schedules for all aspects of your CAPPS treatment to ensure that you aren’t having to wait a long time between appointments, therapy sessions or diagnostics
• Answer all your questions and direct you to the resources available in the hospital
